[Aluminum road network] classification of aluminum alloy die castings

Aluminum die castings can be manufactured into aluminum die-casting automotive parts, aluminum die-casting automotive engine fittings, aluminum die-casting engine cylinder, aluminum die-casting gasoline engine cylinder head, aluminum die-casting valve rocker arm, aluminum die-casting valve support, aluminum die-casting power fittings, aluminum die-casting motor end cap, aluminum die-casting shell, aluminum die-casting pump housing, aluminum die-casting building. Accessories, aluminum die casting decorative fittings, aluminum die casting guardrail fittings, aluminum die-casting aluminum wheels and so on .

Stainless steel balls are widely used in non-ferrous metal die casting, casting, aluminum profiles, automotive parts, machinery manufacturing, hardware, pump valve industry surface treatment. It mainly concentrates on the removal of surface oxide, edge surface burrs, surface roughening, Matt fruit outskirts, flat strengthening, rust removal. Stainless steel balls commonly known as stainless steel wire pellets, using wire drawing, cutting, discharging and other refined technology, bright and rust-free appearance, ball-shaped (pellet, cylindrical). Stainless steel balls have moderate hardness, pure ingredients and large coverage. Because they do not have the shortcomings of ordinary cast steel balls, such as pores, profiles and so on, their service life is longer. The performance of the product can completely replace the imported products, and the price is much lower than the imported products, saving costs for customers. The surface of the castings treated with stainless steel balls is smooth and rustless, and there is no need for acid cleaning and other post-treatment, which is beneficial to environmental protection. You can choose two different shapes of products: pre polished ball cut balls and unpretreated cut balls.

  Technological process

Four kinds of base processes in die-casting aluminum industry are annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering. These four processes are called "four fires" in die-casting. In the process of die-casting, the relationship between quenching and tempering is very close, and both are indispensable.

It is understood that annealing is to heat the workpiece, when heated to the appropriate temperature, according to the different materials selected, the die casting for slow cooling, has reached the metal internal structure near equilibrium. Normalizing is to heat the workpiece to a suitable temperature and then cool it in the air. It is mainly used to improve the cutting function of the material. It can also be used to finish die casting for some parts which need not high. Hardening is the rapid cooling of a workpiece in water, or in quenching media such as other inorganic salts, after heating and holding. Through this process, the steel produced will become hard and brittle. In order to reduce the brittleness of the steel, the quenched steel can be placed below 650 degrees Celsius above a certain temperature for a long time to heat, and then cooled, which is called tempering.

Aluminum materials and aluminum alloys have good fluidity and plasticity in the application of aluminum die castings, so it is possible to make various complex and difficult die castings. Castings made of aluminum alloys and aluminum alloys have higher precision and surface finish, which greatly reduces the amount of mechanical processing and greatly reduces the surface finish of the castings. Labor intensity, at the same time save power, metal materials. Because of its high internal and external quality, aluminum die casting has been widely used in automobile manufacturing, internal combustion engine production, motorcycle manufacturing, motor manufacturing, transmission machinery manufacturing, precision instruments, landscaping, power construction, and other industries, and has become a new favorite of the die casting industry.
